Boarding is fun

A home away from home! This is the best way to describe the boarding experience at Polwhele House. Boarding life wraps itself around the main school, and the spirit of friendship and wide variety of shared interests and activities carry on through every evening. The Headmaster and his wife, our resident Housemother and committed House Tutors are all part of the boarding family.

Our boys and girls enjoy a secure and homely environment with the benefit of using all of the school’s facilities each evening. The school’s strong pastoral system is complemented by a routine which includes homework, music practice, activities and free time.
